As a broker, you can customize the platform's appearance to maintain your brand identity and provide a seamless experience for your internal users and their customers.

Branding and white labelling in Cloudmore allows you to display the logo, change the color scheme, and add a banner that matches your corporate visual identity, which will reflect on all pages.

Additionally, you can fully white-label Cloudmore with a custom login page and URL, ensuring a consistent brand experience for their customers.

Pre-Requisite

• Access to Cloudmore: Log in to your Cloudmore account with the necessary permissions to make branding changes (Super Admin or Global Admin).

• Branding Assets: Prepare your logo, icons, and other materials in the required formats and sizes. Ensure the images are 280 x 54 for the Logo and 54 x 54 pixels for the icon.

Steps to Customize Your Customer Experience

1. Start by setting up your Branded Theme, Colors and Icons to create a consistent branded experience.

2. Set up your Branded Login Page, where customers input their credentials to access the platform.

3. Customize your Branded Start Page, which is the first thing your customers will see when they log in.

4. Configure your Branded Email Domains so that all customer emails are sent from your own domain address.
