Broker Setup

The Broker (Reseller) entity, along with the first Broker user, is typically created by Cloudmore as part of the onboarding.

Once the Broker Admin user is created, you can log in and manage your Broker account.

Types of Brokers

  • Service Broker - When the term “Broker” is used on its own, it refers to the full-access Service Broker account. This account is typically created by a Cloudmore support agent during the onboarding process.

  • Associated Broker - A Broker that is directly managed by a Seller. The Seller Admin is able to access the Associated Broker level and act on behalf of the Broker.

  • Limited Broker - This refers to a Broker entity with limited access, typically created by a Seller-level user within the platform.
