Acronis Roles and Capabilities

Distributor (Seller)

The distributor of Acronis Cyber Cloud services, can use the Cloudmore platform to manage the service marketing as they appear to resellers and organizations.

Distributor can add and manage broker and organization accounts, and manage the sales prices.

As a distributor, you'll also be able to view details regarding the overall sales and subscription details across brokers and organizations you work with.

Broker (Reseller)

Acronis Brokers can use the Cloudmore platform to automate provisioning and billing of Acronis Cyber Cloud services.

As a Broker, you can set your own sales price towards Organizations, onboard and manage your customers, create add on services, and get detailed billing and sales reports. 

Organizations (Customers)

Organizations that purchase Acronis Cyber Cloud services from a Broker can use the Cloudmore platform to access and manage their subscriptions.

As an Organization, you can view your active services, track usage, and review billing information provided by your Broker. You’ll also have access to self-service options, such as requesting changes or add-ons, depending on the permissions set by your Broker.
