Setting Up Acronis Subscriptions Management

Overview

Subscriptions can be created at the organization level to provision services and start billing.

Open the Organization

1. Log in to the Cloudmore broker account.

2. In the left navigation, click Manage Organization and select Organizations.

3. Select the target Organization to switch to the organization view.

Open Acronis service

1. In the menu, click My Services.

2. Select Acronis Cyber Cloud.

3. Scroll down and click Subscriptions.

Add subscription

1. Click + Add subscription.

2. Enter the Subscription name.

3. Select the Trial checkbox to include a 30 day trial; the organization will not be billed during this period.

4. Under Add‑Ons, select the Acronis services to enable for this organization.

5. Under Details, choose the Billing Model: per gigabyte or per workload/user.

6. Click Create.

The subscription becomes active and is visible under My Services > Acronis Cyber Cloud > Subscriptions for the organization.
