Cloudmore 5.0 runs alongside your current interface until you are ready to switch. You choose the date. Nothing moves without your go ahead.
How the switch works

October: the beta opens. Invited brokers receive a separate URL for 5.0. You can use it alongside the current interface, which is unaffected.

October to end of January: both run side by side. This is your window to train your team and update your materials.

You choose your switch date. Tell us when you are ready and we make the switch. Your branded URL then points to the new interface. There is nothing for you to change, and no DNS or address changes on your side.

31 January 2027 is the last switch date. From February, all customers are on 5.0.
The beta uses live data, not a sandbox. Both interfaces share the same data layer. Anything you do in 5.0 is real and appears immediately in the classic interface, and the other way round.
It is the real platform with a new front. That is what makes it safe to use for real work.
Start with a few people. Share the URL with whoever you choose. Everyone else carries on exactly as they do today, until you decide to widen it.
What to expect during the beta
Your branding appears after sign-in. The sign-in page itself is shared during the beta, because the same address is used for all customers.
All features developed from this point on are built on 5.0.
To move up the invitation list, speak to your account manager.
What to plan for on your side

Familiarisation time. The functions are much the same but the navigation is new. Give your team a week or two to settle in.

Your own documentation. If you maintain manuals, screenshots or local-language guides for your staff or customers, the beta window is the time to refresh them.

A branding check. Sign in early and confirm your colours and logos look right. There are also more branding options than before, so it is worth exploring them while you are there.

Reporting. If anyone on your team still relies on the previous general billing report, move them to the current one during this window.

We will confirm the date with you, make the switch, and stay close while your team settles in. From that moment your branded URL opens the new interface. There is nothing for you to change.
Not ready yet? Nothing happens without your go ahead. The only fixed date is 31 January 2027, when the remaining brokers move across.
