New features and updates

Scheduled Subscriptions improvements
- Scheduled CSP Subscriptions shown with tags and scheduled prices and quantities
- Tags shown more explicitly and consistently across all subscriptions
- Scheduled and Approval Requested subscriptions shown in export files
Improved the Price Rules API to not be able to set Start Dates in the past
The sticky left side menu is now scrollable when the viewport is smaller than the expanded menu
Security improvements

Fixed the bug where updating organization detail using the API unset the approval process
Fixed the bug where some Seller custom services product margins were displayed incorrectly on Organization Price List
Fixed a rare issue where using some rare characters caused password to show to self in plain text
Fixed a minor visual icon misalignments on Organization Custom Properties page
Fixed an issue where security groups would not show for an active GDAP relationship
Updated error messages to strip debug information to make errors less confusing
