New features and updates

Added EST support for renewal report, allowing users to identify subscriptions affected by Microsoft extended service terms
Introduced performance improvements for MCA page
Adjusted Renewal Reports data, so that the UI, Export and Chart data is more consistent
The different tabs in all reports now have a unique URL with an anchor
Added more robust CSP Subscription propagation to Partner Center, resulting in better reliability and error logging
Legacy Custom Products functionality removed

Fixed the issue where loading the CSP subscriptions page lead to an error
Fixed an issue where co-term alignment was not possible where it should have been allowed
Fixed an issue where renewal setting would surface in a wrong way when end date alignment was in place
