New features and updates

Price Rules API to retrieve and set price rules in bulk on Broker and Organization level
Left side navigation menu is now sticky when scrolling the main content area

Fixed an issue where margins would surface wrong in report Top organizations billing amount
Fixed an issue where some Microsoft billing lines would not be correctly interpreted
Licenses without cost center values defaulted to “Default” cost center
Adjusted permissions so that Global Admin & Global View Only Admin will now have read-only access to Microsoft SSO settings. Only Super Admin can adjust these settings.
Fixed the issue where Submit Feedback form gave an error when trying to submit
Fixed the issue where Microsoft User import button had incorrect icon
