API Guide for Subscription Management

Overview

This guide covers the subscription management APIs on how to create, edit, delete, and query subscriptions for three core service types in the platform: Microsoft CSP 365 (NCE), Microsoft Azure and Custom Services. Each service type supports operations at different levels, allowing you to manage subscriptions at the appropriate scope.

Understanding Subscription Levels

The platform operates on a three-tier hierarchy that determines access scope and operational boundaries:

Seller Level: The top-level entity representing the service provider who owns and offers services through the platform. Sellers can manage subscriptions across their entire portfolio. This only applies to custom services.

Reseller Level: The middle tier representing resellers or brokers who distribute services to end customers. Brokers manage subscriptions for organizations under their management.

Organization Level: The end-customer tier where actual subscriptions are provisioned and consumed.
