Microsoft 365 CSP

Microsoft 365 is a set of tools like Word, Excel, and Teams that help people work and communicate online. In Cloudmore, it's managed through CSP subscriptions, where you can easily add, change, or cancel licenses. For more information, refer to Microsoft 365 Subscription Management.

Microsoft Azure and Software

Microsoft Azure is a cloud platform that lets you run apps, store data, and manage services online. In Cloudmore, you can create and manage Azure subscriptions, users, and billing without needing to log into the Azure portal. For more information, refer to Azure Consumption Management.

Reserved Instances

These are discounted Azure plans where you commit to using certain resources (like virtual machines) for 1 or 3 years. You pay upfront or monthly, and save money compared to pay-as-you-go pricing. For more information, refer to Reserved Instance Management.

Software Subscription

This is a time-based license (usually 1 or 3 years) for Microsoft software like Windows Server or SQL Server. You pay a fixed price and get updates and support during the subscription period. For more information, refer to Software Subscription Management.

Perpetual Software

This is a one-time purchase of Microsoft software that you can use forever. It doesn’t expire, but updates and support are limited unless you buy them separately. For more information, refer to Perpetual Software Management.

Custom Services

These are flexible subscriptions defined by the seller, which can be license-based or consumption-based. Renewal and cancellation rules are set during product setup and vary by service. For more information, refer to Custom Service Subscription Management.

One-Time Purchase

These are single-payment products like hardware, with no recurring charges. Once created, they cannot be cancelled or refunded. For more information, refer to One-Time Purchase Management.
