Manage Microsoft Azure Process
Cloudmore enables the creation and management of Azure services, subscriptions, and users without requiring access to the Azure portal. These can be updated in real time, with any changes applied instantly.
The pre-requisite to use Azure Consumption is to add the Azure service.

Create and Manage Subscriptions
Add Subscription
Navigate to My Services > Microsoft Azure > Subscriptions
Click on Add Subscription
Organization users can be assigned to the subscription during this stage.
Add Azure Users
Navigate to My Services > Microsoft Azure > Users.
You can add new users or import bulk users.
New User and User Import Options:
New User - You can add a new Microsoft user, one at a time. This user will also be created on the Microsoft Azure Portal
User Import - You can add multiple users using a single form.
Assign Subscriptions
To assign a user to a subscription,
Navigate to My Services > Microsoft Azure > Users.
Click on Actions > Subscriptions.

Azure Portal Roles Explained:
Owner - Grants full access to manage all resources, including the ability to assign roles in Azure RBAC.
Contributor - Grants full access to manage all resources, but does not allow you to assign roles in Azure RBAC, manage assignments in Azure Blueprints, or share image galleries.
Azure Pricing
Brokers can configure, update, and oversee the pricing of Microsoft Azure products in line with agreements made with end customers. Any changes made will be reflected in the monthly billing report.
The price management allows you to set pricing for the organization. The price list allows for managing pricing for specific products. Adjustments made in the Price list for particular products will override the basic pricing set in Azure Price Management.
