The Broker (Reseller) entity is typically created by Cloudmore as part of the onboarding. The first Broker user is created at the same time.
Once the Broker Admin user is created, you can log in and manage your Broker account.

Types of Brokers

Independent Broker - When the term “Broker” is used on its own, it refers to the full-access Independent Broker account. This account is typically created by a Cloudmore support agent during the onboarding process.

Linked Broker - A Broker that is directly managed by a Seller. The Seller Admin is able to access the Linked Broker level and act on behalf of the Broker.

Limited Broker - This refers to a Broker entity with limited access, typically created by a Seller-level user within the platform.
