As a broker, you can customize the platform's appearance. This maintains your brand identity and gives a seamless experience for your internal users and your customers.
Branding and white labelling lets you display your logo, change the color scheme, and add a banner that matches your corporate visual identity. These changes reflect on all pages.
You can also fully white-label Cloudmore with a custom login page and URL. This gives your customers a consistent brand experience.
Pre-Requisite

Access to Cloudmore: Log in to your Cloudmore account with the permissions needed to make branding changes. You need Super Admin or Global Admin.

Branding Assets: Prepare your logo, icons and other materials in the required formats and sizes. The logo must be 280 x 54 pixels. The icon must be 54 x 54 pixels.
Steps to Customize Your Customer Experience

Start by setting up your Branded Theme, Colors and Icons to create a consistent branded experience.

Set up your Branded Login Page, where customers input their credentials to access the platform.

Customize your Branded Start Page, which is the first thing your customers will see when they log in.

Configure your Branded Email Domains so that all customer emails are sent from your own domain address.

Set up a Custom Portal Domain so the platform is reached at your own address, such as portal.yourcompany.com, instead of a Cloudmore URL.
