Overview
The Start Page is the first page your customers see when they log into the platform.
It can be fully customized to reflect your brand and guide users to key areas. Examples of what you can include:

A welcoming message or short introduction to your services

Branded visuals, banners, or company logo

Quick links to commonly used platform pages

Shortcuts to billing, subscription management, or support
-
Announcements about new features, updates, or promotions
-
Links to internal resources, user guides, or onboarding materials

Contact details for support or account management
-
Embedded videos or images for a more engaging experience
Use this space to make a strong first impression and help customers take action right away.
Customizing your Start Page
Navigate to Settings > Branding and open the Start page tab.
You can customize the Start Page whether or not you use a branded login URL. A custom URL and certificate are not required.

Select Customized page to edit your own content.
Welcome page content
Write your content in the rich text editor. The toolbar offers:

Heading, Subheading, Paragraph and Quote

Bold, Italic, Underline and Strikethrough
-
Align left, Align center and Align right
-
Bulleted list, Numbered list, Decrease indent and Increase indent

Insert link, Remove link and Clear formatting
-
Undo and Redo

Buttons on this tab

Save changes button - Saves your Start Page settings and content.

Preview button - Opens the Start Page as your customers will see it.

Reset to defaults button - Returns the tab to the Cloudmore default.
The editor has no HTML source view in 5.0. Content is written with the toolbar above.
