Overview
All emails sent from the platform come from noreply@cloudmore.com by default. To strengthen the portal's branding, you can send them from a company-specific address instead.
For example, emails can be sent from notifications@mycompany.com. Every interaction then reflects your brand identity.

Cloudmore supports DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) for branded emails. DKIM lets the recipient verify that an email claiming to come from your domain really was authorized by the domain owner. This makes branded emails less likely to be marked as spam.
-
Enter your branded email address in the Branded email card.
-
Click Start setup. The domain is created with SendGrid but is not verified yet.
-
The Status shows Not verified. The email address is now locked, and the domain name cannot be changed.
Custom DKIM lets you enter a DKIM prefix of up to three letters or numbers. You might need this if your main DKIM key is already reserved for other purposes.
