Not written yet. Almost all of this topic is still on the legacy Web Forms portal, so there is no 5.0 screen to document.
Settings > Notifications is in the 5.0 menu, but it still opens the legacy Templates page. Notification templates, service and subscription notifications, sent emails and login notifications all live there for now.
Reports > Renewals Report also still opens its legacy page.
One part has moved. Recurring delivery of the General Billing Report is now Reports > Billing Report, on the Schedule tab. That belongs in the Billing Report article rather than here.
