Security & Governance Guide

Overview

This guide outlines how Cloudmore helps organizations maintain secure, compliant, and well-governed operations. It covers key features such as event logging for audit trails, role-based access control, and Microsoft SSO for secure authentication

1. Setting up one-click login with SSO

Single Sign-On (SSO) makes logging into Cloudmore faster, easier, and more secure by allowing users to access the platform using their existing Microsoft credentials. Some of the benefits are:

  • This reduces password fatigue,

  • Minimizes login issues

  • Enhances security through centralized identity management.

Cloudmore supports Microsoft SSO for both Broker and Organization users.

The Microsoft SSO provides more details on setting up SSO for your entity.

2. Broker user security setup
