New features and improvements

Added the “microsoftInvoiceNumber” field to Microsoft Billing API - GET /api/resellers/{resellerId}/billing/azurereports/AzureOneTimeInvoice/{taskId} so that brokers can refer to the applicable invoice number for each billing line item.

Resolved Issues

• Some organization-level users were receiving error messages when trying to import users.

• Purchase Order (PO) numbers were not consistently displayed in the General Billing Report for custom services.

• Some Microsoft Azure Usage reports were displaying Unit Prices as “0”.
