New features and improvements

• We've implemented a warning about NCE subscription upgrades so that customers don’t get incorrectly locked into higher price tiers.

Resolved Issues

• We improved the delivery process of the Azure Usage Report and CSP Subscriptions email reports.

• We also fixed an issue where scheduled NCE subscriptions were sometimes not successfully created.
